I'm still unofficial, but I'm being good this week so far, and it's still darn delicious, which for me, is part of the fun - finding new recipes that still fit my daily calorie and carb/fat/protein balance. Oh, and I rode a bike last night for the first time in 10 years, and it was *so* much harder than I remembered. Anyway, that's my unofficial check in. :)

  2. I have been working out faithfully!!! However, like I have said before my body plateau's very easy and since I have been doing the same workout (kind of) for the past three weeks I am not sure that I will lose any weight for this week. I guess we will see on Friday! If I could just add my crunches and push ups I am sure I would see different results. I build muscle very quick and I know that would definitely help me to burn more calories! I will continue to be patient! Thanks for asking!!!

  4. i have been eating very very good and exercising. but today for some reason i have to dig deep for some motivation to get out the door for a run when the kids go to sleep. i think i can i think i can i think i can.

  5. I'm doing ok, but nothing like last week. I have to shop, but I haven't had time to go to the store so that leaves very limited menu choices. I haven't exercised all week and it's just going to get worse. Can you hear the stress in my voice? I have lost a little, but for some reason I can't stay away from the CarbSmart Ice Cream bars. I had two of them last night!!! Granted they were only 5 carbs each, but I had lots of carbs yesterday in my lunch because I had Olive Garden Salad, broccoli, and asparagus in addition to the Chicken Spiedini. They were all good carbs but it still adds up. I'm hoping that if I drink lots of water today, that I will be able to make up for some of that. How is everyone else doing? It really feels better to vent, thanks for the opportunity.

  6. I cleaned out my pantry yesterday, found some mini chocolate chips, didn't think they'd be a problem until I let my potty training emotional 2yo get to me....then I held the bag up to my mouth and poured them in! Have I mentioned I'm an emotional eater? Its like a drug to calm me down.
    I haven't lost any weight in the past week, I think my portions are getting too big again. Exercising is going well though.

  7. Food wise good (not perfect, but good). Exercise - NOTHING. I haven't felt well (tummy issues) so no exercise for me this week. Does cleaning count? No I don't think it really does, but my eating is ok (probably due to the tummy issues). I'm still trying to lose the 3 pounds I gained back from vacation. I'm trying.....
